The first outdoor shoe from NORTHFINDER is armed with an excellent sole with Megagrip compound from VIBRAM®. The classic multi-purpose shoe from the approach category with a leather upper with a waterproof finish will help you overcome steep hills with ease and safely control stony sidewalks. The medium-soft sole holds stability for years thanks to a quality rubber compound that has been proven for years. It also offers traction on wet surfaces, descents, grass or forest surfaces. The 4 mm deep tread quickly removes mud and dirt. The glued 2-layer midsole made of EVA foam absorbs and decomposes shocks. The shoe provides sufficient stability in light climbing sections for a medium-hard construction. The foot is seated on a shaped and replaceable Ortholite insole with a vault support and the shoe fixes it by lacing to the toe. The thin, flexible tongue with foam padding and side-sewn wedges distributes the pressure of the tightened cords and minimizes the risk of dirt penetrating inside. The stressed toe and heel are protected by a durable rubber edging following the pattern of the climbers.
