When will the shipment be sent?
We send the shipment within 5 days of receiving the order. The deadline only applies to working days.
When will the shipment be delivered?
In general, the shipment is delivered 1-5 days after dispatch.
Can I choose an exact delivery date?
No, unfortunately choosing an exact date is not possible. However, you can have the shipment stored at a delivery point (valid for SK, CZ, HU, PL, RO). So you can easily get it when convenient. The package will be stored for 7 days.
Where can I track the order status?
We inform you about changes in the order status via e-mail. If you are a registered customer, you can also see the order status in the "My orders" section of your customer account on the website. Status can be: Payment received, Order processing, Sent order, Delivered order.
Where can I find outlets?
If you chose collection at a delivery point, you choose this delivery point directly in the order. Can an invoice be issued to a company?
Unfortunately, we do not have B2B sales available. We only sell to end customers.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by card online, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery (only in Slovakia and Czech Republic).
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available in Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Payment through the payment gateway failed. What are my options?
If the payment fails, you need to create a new order. The system does not allow you to pay for an order that has already failed.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method and destination. You can check the exact shipping cost in your cart before completing the order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the content of the order after confirmation. If you want to change something, you need to cancel the order and create a new one.

Can I split one order into several with a different delivery address?

Do you have a physical store or place where I can try the goods?
No, we only operate as an e-shop. We do not have a physical store.
Which stores stock your brand?
You can find our products in selected partner stores. For a current list of stores, please contact us at info@northfinder.com.
If the goods are not available, how do I know if/when they'll be in stock?
If a product is sold out, it will be marked as "Out of Stock" on the product page. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following our social media for updates on new arrivals and restocks.
Can you verify the availability of a specific product in a partner's store?
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not connected to partner stores' systems, so we cannot verify availability in their stores. Please contact the specific store directly.
Can I try on goods and collect from your company address?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We operate only as an e-shop and do not have facilities for trying on products.

What is the warranty period for the goods?
The warranty period for all goods is 24 months from the date of purchase.
How can I return an order?

When and how will I get my money back?
We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
